Make sure to read the fine print for other custom balls because some are literally printed and inks can potentially rub or scratch off under normal use. The process we use ensures the image will last the lifetime of the ball without scratching or rubbing off under normal playing conditions.
Warranty Information
You can return the item unused within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. No returns, refunds, or cancellations will be accepted on customized items, except in the case of damage or defects. If you should encounter a damaged or defective product, contact customer service within 15 days of receipt.
